SERVICE REQUEST MANAGEMENT
The request for assistance or support is recorded in the system waiting for a technician ready to intervene.
The printed report will indicate the date of the call and the name of the caller, the address of the client or site to be visited and the activity to be performed, the date and time of the planned intervention and the people involved.
The name and address of clients and the interventions carried out will appear analytically in the database. It is also possible to indicate who is the agent who follows each individual customers.
BREAKDOWN BY GROUPS
Each request can be managed by showing whether the request is addressed to a specific technician or to the entire group of technicians. The first technician ready to intervene will take charge of it.
A daily and weekly work plan will immediately allow to understand which technicians are busy, where, expected duration of the intervention and who is free.
